Hi there,
I’m a Lead UX/UI Designer, educator, accessibility specialist and digital strategist passionate about helping people, teams and organisations grow through design, technology, accessibility and AI. I work at the intersection of design, business, technology and organisational development, combining strategy, research and human-centered design to create meaningful experiences, drive innovation and deliver lasting value.
(And yes, I also love dogs!)
Get to know me better!
Over the years, my role has evolved beyond design alone into strategy, facilitation, communication, education and business development. Today, I combine design leadership, research, learning and organisational development to help people, teams and organisations create meaningful change, areas where I get to combine creativity, initiative, collaboration and people, which I genuinely love and thrive in.
Today, I work at the intersection of UX, accessibility, AI, design, strategy and digital communication. I’ve built and shaped our design field, lead design initiatives, shaped ways of working and help build UX maturity, competencies and human-centered practices across projects, teams and organisations.
Accessibility and inclusion are a core part of both my work and design philosophy. As the accessibility lead within our organization, I work both strategically and hands on to create usable and meaningful experiences for real people, regardless of ability or situation.
Research, data and human insight are at the core of how I approach design. I’ve worked across both the public and private sector with everything from websites and digital services to accessibility initiatives, communication strategies, workshops, design systems and innovation driven concepts. Through interviews, usability testing, accessibility audits and strategic discovery work, I enjoy transforming complexity into intuitive experiences that create real impact for both people and organizations. Throughout this work, curiosity, empathy and critical thinking have become some of my most valuable tools.
As AI becomes increasingly integrated into how we design and build digital experiences, it has also become an important part of my daily work, design process and teaching. I use AI to support creativity, accessibility, research and communication, while always keeping human perspective, empathy, ethics and critical thinking at the center.
Education and knowledge sharing have always been a huge part of who I am. I teach within UX, accessibility, AI and digital design for students, vocational schools, companies and colleagues, develop courses and workshops, lecture and participate in industry events and educational advisory boards. One of the courses I developed for a higher vocational school focuses on the connection between UX, digital accessibility, SEO and AI, and how these areas together shape the overall user experience. That broader perspective strongly reflects how I approach digital design and strategy, where accessibility, communication, structure, discoverability and human needs and behaviors are deeply connected.
Alongside design and strategy, I also work with communication and visibility. I started and lead our marketing group, work closely with our partner Sitevision and help drive initiatives connected to branding, visibility and business growth. I’m also responsible for our LinkedIn presence and enjoy building engagement and long term relationships with customers and partners.
I’m involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from offers and procurement processes to planning, shaping and maintaining digital projects together with teams, stakeholders and clients. Recruitment is also a natural part of my role, and I genuinely love meeting people and helping build strong collaborative teams.
Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated closely with leadership teams, stakeholders, developers, marketers, educators and business teams. I thrive in cross functional environments where different perspectives come together to create alignment, momentum and meaningful progress. I’m someone who enjoys dynamic environments where I get to combine strategy, creativity, leadership, communication, education and collaboration across different initiatives and disciplines. For me, variation, development and meaningful collaboration create energy and momentum.
And my leadership style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, trust and transparency. I believe people do their best work when they feel safe, included, inspired and genuinely valued. I genuinely enjoy bringing people together and creating strong collaborations rooted in openness, trust and shared goals.
Outside of work, I’m a curious and energetic person who loves music, creativity, learning. You’ll often find me lifting heavy at the gym, dancing to disco, singing karaoke a little too enthusiastically or spending time with family and friends. I also feel most at peace out in the mountains or deep in the forest, which might be a product of growing up in the countryside of Dalsland.
As a person I’m very outgoing and forward, laugh easily and always try to approach both life and work with warmth, positivity and a lot of energy. I care deeply about creating things that leave a positive and lasting impact, both for people and the environments around them.
